Who is responsible for data processing, who can I contact?
Please refer to the imprint for the person responsible. The person responsible takes all legal measures to protect your personal data. Any person concerned can contact the management directly at any time with any questions or suggestions regarding data protection.
Handling of access data
The Zimtstern Europe GmbH, as the operator of this website, collects data about access to the website on the basis of legitimate interest (see Art. 6 Para. 1f DSGVO) and saves this as "server log files" on the server of the website. The following data is logged in this way:

- Time at time of access
- Amount of transmitted data in bytes
- Source/reference from which you accessed the site
- Used browser
- Operating system used
- Used IP address
The server log files are stored for a maximum of 15 days and then deleted. The data is saved for security reasons, e.g. B. to clarify cases of abuse. If data have to be kept for reasons of evidence, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally resolved.
Collection and processing of personal data
Personal data are all information which serves to determine your person and which can be traced back to you - for example your name, your e-mail address and telephone number.
The operator of this website does not collect any personal data, except for the above-mentioned IP address for technical reasons. For this reason, data is neither evaluated nor forwarded.
